Meet Dee O’Mahony
I created Movement Reset Studio as a calm, high-end space for women who want to feel strong, capable and at ease in their bodies.
With a background in psychology and health economics, I’ve long been interested in how pressure shows up physically — and how we support the body to function well.
Pilates became a way to move out of my head and into my body — building strength, clarity and a sense of control that carries into everyday life.
This studio is designed for women who are used to doing a lot — thinking, working, holding everything together — and want a space that supports both strength and release.
Sessions are structured, progressive and personalised — helping you move better, feel stronger, and show up differently in your day — not just in the studio.
