Meet Dee O’Mahony

I created Movement Reset Studio as a calm, considered space for people who want to feel stronger, move with greater ease and feel more at home in their bodies.

With a background in psychology and health economics, I’ve long been interested in how pressure shows up physically — and how thoughtful movement can support strength, mobility, and clarity in everyday life.

Pilates became a way for me to move out of my head and back into my body — building strength, confidence, and a greater sense of ease.

Sessions are personalised, progressive, and designed to help you move well, feel well, and reconnect with your body in a more intelligent, supportive way.
